OK, but . . .

I was in desperate need of a new flip case for my flip phone, and my mother needed one as well. I was pleased that they are still available, but I have the same problem with the new ones as with the old, with an additional difficulty. On all the form-fitting cases I have had, the holes for the buttons and ports are not located where they should be, especially the charging port, which needs to be uncovered in order to use. Previous cases have had the holes cut out of plastic, so I could snip away the excess that was blocking the access to the port. On this new one, the part blocking the port is made of stitched leatherette, which I appreciate for strength but is impossible to "snip" to fit. Also, the part of the case that fits on the keyboard half of the phone is very tight, which makes removing it in order to recharge the phone very difficult. I end up hitting various buttons and keys before I have a protected, usable phone again. I prefer this style of phone case, but wish it was more "user-friendly"
