This is an extremely well made product. It is evident that much thought went into the design. This is the second item I have purchased, and the first item has held up very well under extreme conditions. I'm sure this item will serve just as well.

A very good phone holder

Your phone holder is very tough, I use it every day, especially at work (in a factory). I do have an issue with your product though. The holder I just purchased was a replacement for my first Turtleback. The part of the holder that fits into the belt clip broke loose, and spins on the pin. Do you do repairs on these products or is purchasing a replacement the only option? Please let me know. Also I have a suggestion, have you considered making the belt loop out of the same nylon material that phone holders are made of? My current belt loop (leather) is starting to tear, and will need to be replaced. Overall your product is the best that I have found available. Bryan Horstman
