    iPhone 17 Pro Max...

    Mine is not like the picture shown, my belt clip does not have rivets, it is sown and looks and feels cheap. Not like previous cases ordered. I’ve have used turtle back cases for over 11 years. All others were built with metal, now they are plastic. Turtle ack can do better!

    Case to belt clip...

    I find my mobile phone case helpful. My first case connection failed after a few years of use. I was advised by Turtleback that the connection between the case and my belt holder belt attachment loop had worn out. Based on the above, if longer service life is desired, consider design changes to reduce connection wear and subsequent failure. I am not a designer, but a couple of things might be evaluated including using tougher medal on parts expected to receive regular wear, or design modifications incorporating other wear resistant material, or other operational changes to the case hanger system to reduce wear. If an upgrade to increase the longevity is offered, I would be very interested in checking it out.
