Great customer service, but they need help upon...

Our family switched phone companies, and I wanted to stay with the dumb flip-phone to help save monthly expenses. So, I have the semi-smart KaiOS Flip IV phone and wanted a decent case for it, but didn't like what the carrier provided, all too lite duty. Doing a search lead me to Turtleback, and their canvass cases, and I ordered one. However, that was way too tight. When I was able to finally form-fit that case on to the phone, it held down buttons, which prompted the phone to want to do resets and memory reboots. That wasn't any good, so I e-mailed the Turtleback help address and explained this. Customer service said that they would send another case, and didn't want the old one back. (That was different.) It came, and this case was a better fit, but still had the problem of holding buttons down. My sister remedied that by stretching the case out with a rubber cake spatula, and that worked. Had the tight-fitting problem not been an issue, I would have rated a 5-star. This case is a nice heavy-duty knit with a nice clamp that you'd usually see on Handy Talkie holsters. Will this last a few years? I don't see why not. And, I'd would like to try a Turtleback HT holster for some of the commercial and amateur radio HT's that I have.

    snap broke at first...

In order to install the phone you need to unsnap the two parts. When I on snapped them the female half stayed connected to the male half. Also I was looking for a holster that I can take the phone out off. Rather than have to tug it foo the belt. So I ordered one of your other holsters that works just fine. part # PMP V MED
